Respect candidates' time
One application, an evaluation you complete on your own schedule, and a status you can always see. Nobody should have to guess what happened to their effort.
About
For candidates, hiring too often means effort disappearing into silence. For teams, it means a haystack of applications and no fair way to compare them. Golden Talent Pool exists because both problems have the same fix: a process that is structured, visible, and human at every step.
What we believe
One application, an evaluation you complete on your own schedule, and a status you can always see. Nobody should have to guess what happened to their effort.
The same questions, the same evaluation, the same standards for everyone applying to a role. Fair comparisons come from structure, not from first impressions.
Tools help us stay organized and consistent, but people read the applications, review the work, run the interviews, and make every decision.
How we operate
We're a small, remote-first team, and we run our own hiring through the same pool, the same evaluations, and the same dashboard we ask candidates to trust. If a step wouldn't feel fair from the candidate's side of the screen, it doesn't ship.
Structure makes submissions comparable; people are the ones who read and judge them.
The roles we fill are remote, and so are we. Time zones and geography shouldn't decide who gets a fair look.
A small team keeps the process personal — the person who reads your work is close to the person who decides.
Legitimate hiring never charges the applicant. We will never ask you for money at any stage — anyone who does in our name isn't us.
The best way to understand the pool is to step into it — or to write to us with whatever question this page didn't answer.
