Do I need to re-apply for each role?

No. One application puts you in the pool. When a new role opens that matches your profile, we consider you for it and reach out — you never fill out the same form twice.

How long does the evaluation take?

It varies by role, but it's designed to be completed in focused sessions on your own schedule. There's no ticking clock the moment you open it — pick a quiet stretch of time that works for you.

Is the evaluation AI-scored?

Humans review every submission. We use structure — the same tasks, assessed the same way — so comparisons are fair, but people read your work and people make the decisions.

What do I need to complete the evaluation?

A computer and the personal access key we email you for our desktop evaluation app. The email includes everything you need to get started.

What if I don't hear back?

Your dashboard always shows your current stage, so "no news" never means "no information." If your status hasn't moved and you have a question, write to us — a person will answer.

Does applying cost anything? Is this a scam?

It costs nothing — ever. Applying, the evaluation, and pool membership are completely free for candidates, and that never changes at a later stage. We will never ask you to pay a fee, buy equipment or training, send a deposit, or share banking details to "process" your application. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, it isn't us — stop and report it to report@goldentalentpool.com.

What happens if I'm not selected for a role?

Your status says so plainly, and your profile stays in the pool if you wish. "Not this role" often becomes "the next one" — that's the whole point of the pool.

Can I update my details after applying?

Yes. Sign in to your dashboard to keep your availability and contact details current — the version we see is always the latest one you've given us.
