Terms of use

These terms apply when you use goldentalentpool.com as a candidate — applying to roles, completing evaluations, and using your candidate account. They're written to be read, not skimmed past; using the site means you agree to them.

Free for candidates

Using Golden Talent Pool as a candidate is free, at every stage. We never charge application fees, evaluation fees, or membership fees, and we will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, or "processing" as part of applying. If anyone claiming to act for Golden Talent Pool asks you for money or banking details, do not pay — report it to report@goldentalentpool.com.

Accurate information

The process only works if what you tell us is true. When you apply or update your profile, you agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself, your experience, and your availability, and that the work you submit in evaluations is your own. Misrepresenting who you are or what you've done is grounds for removal from the pool.

One account per person

Keep it to one candidate account, tied to your own identity. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account or evaluation access key with anyone else, and don't use someone else's.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a person, for its purpose. You agree not to:

• submit applications or messages by automated means, or scrape the site's content or data;
• attempt to access accounts, applications, or systems that aren't yours;
• upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with the operation of the site or its anti-abuse protections.

Applying is not an offer

Submitting an application, completing an evaluation, or being in the pool does not create an employment relationship, a promise of an interview, or a promise of an offer — from us or from any employer we work with. What we do promise is a fair process and a status you can always see.

Your materials stay yours

You keep all rights to the materials you submit — your resume, your answers, and your evaluation work. By submitting them, you give us permission to store, review, and share them with the hiring teams considering you, for hiring purposes only. If your information is deleted (see the privacy policy), that permission ends with it.

Termination for misuse

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — for example, automated submissions, misrepresentation, or attempts to interfere with the platform. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
